History
CAVA Construction came about from its sister company CAVA Equipment where customers were asking to recommend construction companies. Due the relationship and reputation CAVA Equipment enjoyed in the market place Cava Construction was born. It invested in well trained staff with many years of experience and bought modern equipment and offered the same customers the same level of trust. We strive to form partnerships with our clients, standing together in good and bad times.

Company Profile
CAVA Construction has successfully completed well over 35 projects, either specifically to client requirements, businesses and institutions. The company is based in Mil Park, Johannesburg and offers excellent service and sound construction. Our link to CAVA Equipment, has proved invaluable in ensuring that projects are completed to schedule.
Top management believes in an open door policy and is personally involved with each project. Such a “hands on” approach ensures that good relations are maintained between our clients, suppliers and the company at all times.
We are acutely aware that development leaves behind it a large carbon footprint. We adhere strictly to all regulations relating to environmental issues, as set out by the Local Council and the Department of Environmental Affairs.
Our key strategic objective is the achievement of “zero harm”. Site Foremen and management ensure that safety is not compromised in any circumstances by taking responsibility for employee safety, leading by example, encouraging positive safety behaviour and discouraging negative behaviour. Site Foremen apply a policy of zero tolerance to non-compliance with safety standards.

When a home builder is registered with the NHBRC and the home is enrolled, the NHBRC will inspect the home and ensure it meets with the NHBRC technical requirements, which in turn ensure homes that are built of a high standard and good quality.
